July: Beginner Sewing
A sewing class to help you start from scratch! Bring your own machine from home or use one of ours. We start from the beginning of understanding and threading your machine, and walk through the foundations of sewing through projects like scrunchies, tote bags and elastic pants while learning how to select appropriate fabrics, read commercial patterns and all necessary sewing terminology.
A supply list will be sent out upon registering for the class. We have basic sewing supplies available to borrow in the space. Students are given access to the studio for the entire month of their class from 10am-6pm, Monday-Friday, and 9-2pm on Saturdays.
